颈动脉粥样硬化压力感受器敏感性变化对兔注食前后血压影响实验研究   [摘要] 目的 探?颈动脉硬化(CA)导致的兔压力感受器敏感性(BRS)变化,及其对注食前后血压的影响。 方法 17只健康雄性新西兰大白兔按抽签法随机分为4组:A组(普通喂养)、B组(高脂喂养)、C组(高脂喂养+单侧手术)和D组(高脂喂养+双侧手术);其中A组2只,其余每组5只,喂养8周。C组、D组均于喂养1周后行右侧颈动脉内膜气体干燥术,D组再于5周后行左侧手术。喂养前和喂养结束称重并测定总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量。喂养结束后,记录4组兔注食前及注食后的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR),计算平均动脉压(MAP)、BRS。术后取颈动脉段做病理观察。 结果 喂养结束时,B组、C组、D组的TG、TC、LDL-C均高于A组(P 0.05)。注食前D组HR显著低于其他3组(P 0.05);注食后D组SBP、DBP、MAP均较注食前下降,C组MAP较注食前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P 0.05)。相关分析显示,D组注食前后SBP、MAP变化均与BRS相关(P0.05)。 结论 双侧CA与注食后血压降低相关,可能与双侧CA导致的BRS水平下降有关。   [关键词] 颈动脉粥样硬化;压力感受器敏感性;进食后;低血压   [中图分类号] R543.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210(2016)12(c)-0041-05   [Abstract] Objective To investigate the change of baroreceptor sensitivity (BRS) induced by carotid atherosclerosis (CA) and the effect of it on blood pressure before and after liquid food perfusion in rabbits. Methods 17 healthy male New Zealand White rabbits were randomly divided into four groups by sortition: group A(normal-fed), group B (high lipoid-fed), group C (high lipoid-fed and unilateral operated) and group D (high lipoid-fed and bilateral operated). 2 rabbits were in group A and respectively 5 rabbits were in the other three groups. All groups were fed 8 weeks. Group C and group D were operated by air-dry on right carotid artery after a week, and group D was operated again on left carotid artery after 5 weeks. All animals were weighed and determined total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) before and after feeding. Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and heart rate (HR) in four groups were recorded before and after liquid diet perfusion. Then mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) and BRS were calculated. Finally, the carotid artery segments were evaluated by pathology. Results The levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in group B, group C and group D were higher than those of group A after feeding (P 0.05). HR in group D was lower than that in the other three g
