食道气管联合导管在院前心肺复苏中应用 　　【摘要】 目的观察食道?气管联合导管在院前心肺复苏中建立紧急通气道的临床效果。方法 将139例院前呼吸心跳骤停患者随机分为2组，对照组69例采用简易呼吸器，观察组70例采用食道-气管联合导管。对比操作的难易程度,操作所需时间,复苏成功率。结果 食道-气管联合导管行机械通气操作简单,所需的时间较简易呼吸器长,但一次插管成功率高，复苏成功率高于简易呼吸器手控呼吸组（P0.05）。结论 食道-气管联合导管行机械通气操作简单、迅速、有效，气道管理方便,便于安全转运患者，进一步提高复苏成功率，值得临床应用。? 　　【关键词】简易呼吸器；食道-气管联合导管；呼吸心跳骤停；院前心肺复苏??Use of the esophageal tracheal combined tube in cardiopulmonary resuscitation of prehospital 　　 　　LI Chun?Xia. Degree of difficulty of operation, the time required for operation, recovery rate were compared.Results With the esophageal tracheal combined tube to establish mechanical ventilation were simple operation. Conclusion With the esophageal tracheal combined tube to establish mechanical ventilation are simple operation, quick and efficient. The method have the advantages of airway management convenient, convenient transport patient safety, and improve the recovery rate.
