神木县羊布鲁氏菌病流行状况及其防控措施 作者介绍：高士孔，男，陕西神木人，助理兽医师 单位地址：神木县农科路 邮编：719399 联系电话 电子邮箱：873341497@ 通讯地址：神木县农科路农业大楼518 室 神木县羊布鲁氏菌病流行状况及其防控措施 高士孔（神木县尔林兔镇畜牧兽医工作站，陕西神木，719399） 摘 要：【目的】调查近三年神木县羊布鲁氏菌病的流行情况，分析流行特点及原因， 以期制定合理的防控措施。 【方法】采样对象为全县种羊 100%、羔羊随机抽取 5%；有人 患病的村，羔羊100%血检。检测方法依据中国动物疫病预防控制中心制定的《布鲁氏菌病 防治技术规范》，用虎红平板凝集实验进行初步筛选，用试管凝集实验进行确诊。 【结果】 神木县羊布鲁氏菌病流行处在县级控制标准范围内，近三年的阳性率分别为0.29% ，0.33%， 0.19% 。流行呈现一定的反复性和区域性特点。【结论】羊布鲁氏菌病在神木地区流行处在 控制范围之内，但鉴于该地区饮食习惯以及布病的严重危害性，仍然需要更强有力的措施将 阳性率尽可能的降低。建议该地区加强集中屠宰，保证无病羊进入市场。建立定期检疫制度， 尤其是出入境的畜禽产品。 关键词：羊布鲁氏菌病；流行状况；防控措施 图书分类号 S855.1+2 Survey of prevalence of sheep brucellosis and management of infections in Shenmu County Gao Shi-kong （Animal husbandry and veterinary workstations of Rabbit Town, Shenmu County. shenmu county, shannxi province, 719399. ） Abstract: Objective:To survey of sheep brucellosis in Shenmu county in nearly three years and analysis of its epidemic characteristics and reasons, In order to develop reasonable prevention and control measures.
