镗床夹具设计 [摘要] 镗床发展的水平之高主要表现在产品设计理念的不断更新，体现了产品设计将装饰艺术与精细加工的完美结合；产品结构的不断创新，显示了镗床在向高速、高精、高效发展的同时，还向人性化、精细化制造的方向发展，而镗床夹具的发展也是齐头并进，毫不逊色。本论文通过对镗床的加工方法，工作原理的研究分析，选定了箱体零件设计了一个镗床夹具，并给出了结构方案。该夹具设计有对刀装置。既能够实现工件的准确装夹，还可以准确对刀。夹紧方式采用了液压夹紧。夹紧快速简洁，夹紧力的控制和装夹定位准确，通过对刀装置的准确对刀，最终保证了工件的加工精度。 [关键词]镗床 夹具 对刀 箱体 Jigs for Boring Machine Design Abstract: Boring development of a high standard of performance in the major product design concepts is continuously updated. reflect the product design of decorative arts and fine processing the perfect combination; product mix of constant innovation and shows the boring machine to the high-speed, high-precision, high-efficiency development, it is also to humanity, fine Manufacturing direction, Jig Boring Machine and the parallel development is not out of step.
