黄体期穴位埋线治疗冲任失调型痤疮临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察黄体期穴位埋线治疗冲任失调型痤疮的治疗效果，探讨其机制及治疗规律。 方法 选取2010年7月～2014年7月我院皮肤科门诊的240例冲任失调型痤疮患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各120例。治疗组以穴位埋线为治疗手段，每月于黄体期的前4 d进行穴位埋线治疗一次；对照组以口服盐酸米诺环素为治疗手段。设定三个完整的月经周期为1个疗程，在研究过程中收集患者的相关资料（皮疹评分、月经情况、性激素水平），对治疗前后皮疹的积分变化进行统计，同时观察兼症的改善情况。结果 治疗前期（治疗前4周）对照组皮疹的改善情况明显优于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 于黄体期进行穴位埋线治疗冲任失调型痤疮效果好，疗效持续时间久，对于兼症的改善作用也较好，而且副作用较小。 　　[关键词] 穴位埋线；痤疮；冲任失调；黄体期；性激素水平 　　[中图分类号] R246.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）19-0120-05 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the exact effect of acupoint catgut embedding during luteal phase in the treatment of acne induced by imbalance between the Chong and Ren meridians， and to discuss the mechanism of acupoint catgut embedding during luteal phase in the treatment of acne induced by imbalance between the Chong and Ren meridians as well as its treatment principles. Methods 240 patients with acne induced by imbalance between the Chong and Ren meridians were selected and randomly assigned to two groups， with 120 patients in the treatment group and 120 patients in the control group. The treatment group was given acupoint catgut embedding for treatment， and the acupoint catgut embedding was given once in the first four days of luteal phase each month. The control group was orally given minocycline hydrochloride for treatment. Three complete menstrual cycles were taken as one course of treatment. Patients data （rash score， menstruation， whole sex hormones and photographs） were collected during the study. Changes of rash scores were statistically analyzed before and after the treatment， and the improvement of accompanied symptoms was observed at the same time. Results During the earlier phase of the treatment（first 4 weeks）， the improvement of skin rash in the control group was significantly better than that in the treatment group， with statistical significance（P0.05）.
