丁咯地尔与丹参注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变疗效比较与安全性分析 　　【摘要】　目的：比较盐酸丁咯地尔氯化钠注射液与复方丹参注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的治疗疗效和安全性。方法：采用盐酸丁咯地尔氯化钠注射液(治疗组)治疗DPN患者48例，复方丹参注射液(对照组)治疗DPN患者42例，治疗前后化验空腹及餐后血糖、血脂，测量血压，计算体重指数，用肌电图测量正中神经、腓总神经、胫神经的感觉传导速度(SCV)及运动传导速度(MCV)。结果：两组治疗后患者自觉症状均有所改善，治疗组和对照组有效率分别为94.5%、81.6%。两组患者治疗后正中神经、腓总神经、胫神经的MCV及SCV均明显提高，治疗组提高更明显(P0.01)。整个治疗过程中，两组均未发生不良反应。结论：盐酸丁咯地尔氯化钠注射液治疗DPN患者疗效显著、不良反应少，值得临床推广使用。 　　【关键词】　盐酸丁咯地尔；　复方丹参注射液；　糖尿病周围神经病变 　　The Effect of Buflomedil Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection on DPN/ZHANG Mei-biao，YANG Shui-bing，YANG Jing-jin，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2012，9(17):019-021 　　【Abstract】　Objective:To compare the effects of Buflomedil Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection and Compound DANSHEN Injection on DPN.Methods:Forty eight DPN patients were treated by　Buflomedil Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection(Buflomedil)，while forty two DPN patients were cured by Compound DANSHEN Injection.We observed the changes of BS and BP and lipid and BMI in the treatment course. We surveyed the MCV and SCV of middlemost nerve，sural assemble nerve，shank nerve by electromyograph.Results:The two groups DPN patients ， symptom were improved.The efficiency of therapy group in Buflomedil Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection and Compound DANSHEN Injection were 94.5% and 81.6%.The MCV and SCV of middlemost nerve，sural assemble nerve，shank nerve were improved in the two groups，but there was an obvious curative effect in the group of Buflomedil Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection(P0.01).The two groups DPN patients had not a harmful response throughout the course of treatment.Conclusion:Buflomedil Hydrochloride and Sodium Chloride Injection was a kind of medicine that it was a hight effect and a less harmful response on the DPN patients，so we considered that it was a good medicine on clinical. 　　【Key words】　Buflomedil;　Compound Danshen Injection;　DPN 　　First-author’s address:The Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University，Huaihua 418000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.
