高职院校开展生产性实训现状及对策研究 　　摘要：本文阐述了高职院校开展生产性实训的内涵和基本特征，介绍了发达国家进行生产性实训的成功经验以及我国目前开展生产性实训的现状和存在的问题。提出了建立统一的生产性实训基地建设标准和寻求多种模式开展生产性实训、建立校中厂等研究对策。 　　Abstract： In this paper， the connotation and basic characteristics of higher vocational colleges to carry out productive practice are expounded.
