高龄胆结石患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗临床效果 　　[摘要] 目的 分析高龄胆结石患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法 方便选择该院自2012年1月―2017年6月收治的120例高龄胆结石患者，将其随机分为两组，对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组患者给予传统手术治疗，观察组给予腹腔镜手术治疗，对比?勺榛颊咧瘟菩Ч?。结果 两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及手术切口对比，观察组均明显小于对照组（P0.05）；观察组患者手术时间为（61.92±6.82）min，术中出血量为（47.28±10.72）mL，手术切口为（3.10±1.42）cm。两组患者临床指标恢复时间对比，观察组均明显低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组患者肠胃功能恢复时间为（10.82±1.96）h，肝功能恢复时间为（17.02±2.45）h，肛门排气时间为（15.97±3.95）h，住院时间为（6.87±1.52）d。观察组患者并发症发生率为5.00%明显低于对照组11.67%，（P0.05）。结论 给予高龄胆结石患者腹腔镜手术治疗，疗效较好，值得在临床使用。 　　[关键词] 高龄胆结石；腹腔镜手术；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R657 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（c）-0043-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the laparoscopic surgery for elderly patients with gallstones. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with gallstones admitted in this hospital from January 2012 to June 2017 were conveniently divided into two groups： the control group and the observation group， with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery. The observation group was given laparoscopic surgery and the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time， intraoperative blood loss and surgical incision were compared between the two groups， the observation group were significantly less than the control group（P0.05）； The operative time was （61.92±6.82） min， the intraoperative blood loss was （47.28±10.72）mL， and the incision was（3.10±1.42）cm in the observation group. The recovery time of clinical indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.05）； The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was （10.82±1.96）h， the recovery time of liver function was（17.02±2.45）h， the time of anal exhaust was（15.97±3.95）h， and the hospitalization time was （6.87±1.52）d. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 11.67%， （P0.05）.
