The aircraft maintenance is a level of complexity and high technological content of the repair process, and its demand absolute safety and reliability. With the deepening of the process of social development and market-oriented requirements of the aviation maintenance capacity is getting higher and higher, just to ensure safe and reliable maintenance can no longer meet the social development needs to respond quickly under the premise of guaranteeing the safety of the aviation maintenance reaction, rapid repair is becoming increasingly important, so the idea of modern management to manage aviation maintenance company is imperative.
