Studying professor Du`s clinical experience and academic thoughts about using classical prescription mainly to treat nephritic syndrome Abstract PurposeIt is an important study topic to explore professor Du`s clinical experience and academinc thoughts. This thesis is aimed at professor Du`s climical experience of treating nephritic syndrome using classical prescription based on his original medical records and clinical practice.On this basis,to explore professor Du`s academic thoughts. Methods:(1)study,analyze and abstract the original medical records from YumaoHospital of Xian yang.(2)in order to achiece more real data for this thesis,I go the rounds of the words and go to the clinic following professor Du,and seek advice from him.(3)I collect and read very carefully professor Du and his followers` books and papers which focus on nephritic syndrome of Chinese medicine by accessing library and internet.Then make a conclusion on professor Du`s academic thoughts. Results:There are two kinds of pathogen ,for nephritic syndrome according to professror Du:one comes form inside,the other comes from outside.The characteristic of pathogenesis exists in deficiency of cital Qi and excess of evil Qi,as well as complex of deficiency and excess.though the disease locates in kidney,spleen and lung,tri-jiao,stomach,heart and liver are involved in.The deficiency of vital Qi includes Qi,blood,Yin and Yang.The excess of evil includes cold,hot,wind,stagnation.Professor Du inspired by Zhang zhongjing,treat nephritic syndrome using six channels differentiation and creat a prescription rule of Beifanxietong.He always takes protection for spleen and stomach.He insists treating disease by combining Chinese and western medicine,and using biochemical and instrumental examination serve to syndrome differentiation and teatmeat.
