2015 3rd Quarter Results Investor Conference 9 November, 2015 Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation Limited Agenda  Welcome  3Q2015 Financial Results  Outlook for 4Q2015  QA Session 2 3Q2015 Overview  Sales in 3Q2015 were RMB190.4 million, down 10.3% from RMB212.2 million in 2Q2015.  Gross profit was RMB28.4 million in 3Q2015, a decrease of 32.9% from RMB42.3 million in 2Q2015. Gross margin was 14.9% in 3Q2015, compared to 19.9% in 2Q2015 , mainly due to a lower capacity utilization rate.  The 8-inch equivalent wafer shipments amounted to 101,484 units in 3Q2015, down 17.6% from 123,127 units in 2Q2015.  The overall capacity utilization rate was 73% in 3Q2015, down eight percentage points from 81% in 2Q2015.  The Company’s cash position was RMB524.2 million as at 30 September 2015, compared to RMB495.1 million as at 30 June 2015.  The Company recorded net profit of RMB18.4 million, earnings per share of RMB1.20 cents in 3Q2015, compared to net profit of RMB22.8 million, earnings per share of RMB1.48 cents in 2Q2015. 3 3Q2015 Results Review Q32015 Q22015 Q32014 Amount: RMB Million Sales 190.4 212.2 226.4 Net Income 18.4 22.8 25.1 Cash Cash Equivalent 524.2 495.1 447.3 Interest-Bearing Loans - - - Shareholders E
