轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者铜锌血清含量的临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 比较轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者与健康人体内铜离子（Cu2+）和锌离子（Zn2+）的血清含量，探讨其与复发性阿弗他溃疡的关系。 方法 选取2015年3月～2016年12月在解放军白求恩国际和平医院（以下简称“我院”）口腔科确诊的97名轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡（MiRAU）患者和同期来我院体检的102名无MiRAU的健康人为研究对象。分别抽取溃疡发病期的患者（A组）和健康人（B组）5 mL空腹静脉血，再采用色度法检测受试者体内Cu2+和Zn2+的血清浓度。 结果 A、B两组受试者体内Cu2+的血清浓度分别为（16.77±3.89）μmol/L和（17.62±3.05）μmol/L，组间差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；A组受试者血清中的Zn2+浓度[（14.39±1.86）μmol/L]显著低于B组[（16.18±2.46）μmol/L]（P 0.05）。 结论 锌离子血清含量的降低可能与复发性阿弗他溃疡存在着某种关联性。 　　[关键词] 复发性阿弗他溃疡；铜；锌；色度法 　　[中图分类号] R181 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2018）02（c）-0114-04 　　A clinical study of the serum content of copper iron and zinc iron in patients with minor recurrent aphthous ulcer 　　ZHANG Zichuan1 WANG Hongyan2 CHEN Guang1 WU Zhongyin1 FANG Huiqing1 　　1.Department of Stomatology， Bethune International Peace Hospital， Hebei Province， Shijiazhuang 050082， China； 2.
