北京交通大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 6 摘 要 城市轨道交通是促进城市经济发展、改善城市生态环境、优化城市结构、实现城市可持续发展的关键，是城市基础设施的重要组成部分，它的发展直接关系到城市整体功能的发挥、居民生活质量的提高。为了使城市公共交通更好的发展以促进社会经济发展，有必要充分分析城市公共交通的发展状况，找出公共交通基础设施建设及公交服务的薄弱环节，找出公共交通发展过程中存在的问题。随着我国经济持续快速发展、城市化进程的不断加快，我国的城市轨道交通建设进入了快速发展时期。 本文根据城市轨道交通本身的特点，就政府投资城市轨道交通建设对城市经济发展的作用进行分析与探讨，探讨了城市轨道交通建设投融资多元化的模式。 关键词：轨道交通；发展；影响；投融 Abstract City rail transit is the key to promote the city economic development, to improve the citys ecological environment, to optimize the structure of city, and to realize the sustainable development of the city. It is an important part of the city infrastructure; its development is directly related to the overall function of the city and the quality of life of residents’ improvement. In order to make the city public traffic a better development and to promote the development of society and economy, it is necessary to fully analysis the city public transport development status, to find out the public traffic infrastructure construction as well as the public service in the weak link of public traffic, and find out the existing problems in the development process with Chinas sustained and rapid economic development, the city urbanization is constant speeding. our country city orbit traffic construction entered rapid development period. According to the characteristics of city track traffic, the government investment of city rail transit construction on the city economic development role to undertake analysis and discussion, discussed the city track traffic construction financing diversification mode.
