辽宁科技大学本科生毕业设计（论文） 第 PAGE 35页 摘 要 本设计说明书包括：铁素体不锈钢精密薄板车间设计和专题。其中车间设计部分内容参考了东亚精密不锈钢有限公司先进的生产工艺流程和实际需求，设计了一个生产工艺优化、设备先进、节能环保型的现代化精密不锈钢薄板生产车间。本车间主要设备包括十四辊、二十辊可逆式轧机两台, 退火炉以及剪切机组和平整机组等。本车间设计选取了430、439和443等三种牌号的铁素体不锈钢薄板为典型产品，制定和优化了轧制、退火、剪切和平整等主要的生产工艺制度，并且详细分析了车间的各项技术经济指标，绘制了车间平面布置图。本设计的专题论文题目为“抗菌不锈钢研发现状”，其内容有重要的现实意义，可以帮助我们对未来不锈钢的发展与研发提供很多参考和展望。 关键词：铁素体不锈钢；车间设计；退火；抗菌不锈钢 Abstract Specification of the design include: ferritic stainless steel precision sheet metal workshop design and project. Among them workshop design part content reference to East precision stainless steel limited company advanced production process and the actual needs, design a production process optimization, equipment advanced, energy-saving and environment-friendly modern precision stainless steel sheet production workshop. The main workshop equipment includes fourteen rollers, twenty roller reversible rolling mill two, annealing furnace and shear machine and leveling unit. This workshop designed to select the430,439 and 443 and three grades of ferritic stainless steel sheet as a typical product, formulation and optimization of rolling, annealing, shear and formation, the main production process system, and detailed analysis of the workshop and the various technical and economic indexes, drawing a workshop layout. The design of the monograph entitled current situation of research and development of antibacterial stainless steel, its content has the important practical significance, can help us for the future development and research and development of stainless steel with a lot of reference and prospect.
