降钙素原、淀粉样蛋白A和C反应蛋白在急性布鲁菌感染中的价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨降钙素原（PCT）、淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）和C反应蛋白（CRP）在人急性布鲁菌感染中的诊断价值。 方法 选择2014年1月～2016年1月内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的人急性布鲁菌感染患者100例，根据患者是否发生肝功能损伤（ALI）将患者分为ALI组（n = 39）和非ALI组（n = 61），分析PCT、SAA和CRP在诊断急性布鲁菌感染患者ALI中的临床价值。 结果 与非ALI组比较，ALI组患者谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、PCT、SAA和CRP均显著升高，差异均有高度统计学意义（P 0.01）。PCT、SAA和CRP在诊断疾病布鲁菌感染患者ALI中的曲线下面积分别为0.879、0.858和0.737（P 0.05）。 结论 PCT、SAA在诊断急性布鲁菌感染患者ALI中具有较好的诊断价值。 　　[关键词] 降钙素原；淀粉样蛋白A；肝功能损伤；急性布鲁菌感染 　　[中图分类号] R516.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）09（a）-0051-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate procalcitonin （PCT）， serum amyloid A （SAA） and C reactive protein （CRP） in the diagnosis of acute infection of Brucella. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016， in Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University， 100 patients with acute brucellosis infection were selected， according to whether patients developed liver function injury （ALI） or not， all patients were divided into an ALI group （n = 39） and a non ALI group （n = 61）. The values of PCT， SAA and CRP in diagnosing ALI in patients with acute infection of Brucella were studied. Results Compared with the non ALI group， levels of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase， glutamic-pyruvic transaminase， total bilirubin， direct bilirubin， PCT， SAA and CRP in ALI group were higher， the differences were statistically significant （P 0.01）. The area under the curve of PCT， SAA and CRP in the diagnosis of ALI in patients with acute Brucella infection were 0.879， 0.858 and 0.737 （P 0.05）.
