阿替卡因治疗牙髓病的临床效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨阿替卡因在牙髓病治疗过程中的临床麻醉效果。方法：随机抽取2013年3月-2014年10月笔者所在医院收治的92例牙髓病患者，根据患者麻醉方法进行分组。观察组患者采用阿替卡因唇颊侧黏膜下浸润麻醉方法进行麻醉，对照组患者则应用利多卡因由唇颊侧黏膜进行浸润麻醉，比较两组麻醉效果。结果：观察组患者效果完全39颗，效果良好10颗，麻醉总有效率为92.5%（49/53）。对照组效果完全34颗，效果良好9颗，麻醉总有效率为72.9%（43/59）。观察组麻醉总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（字2=14.263，P0.05）。观察组患者各个时间段疼痛感明显较对照组轻，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：阿替卡因临床麻醉效果显著，具有安全性和有效性，且无毒副作用，能够保证牙髓病患者顺利实施治疗，具有较高临床推广价值。 　　【关键词】 阿替卡因； 利多卡因； 牙髓病变； 麻醉 　　中图分类号 R781.3 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）16-0012-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical anesthesia effect of Articaine in endodontic treatment process.Method：92 cases of dental pulp disease patients were randomly selected in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2014，according to the patient’s anesthesia methods on the packet.The observation group was treated with Articaine labial and buccal submucous infiltration anesthesia method of anesthesia，the control group was applied Lidocaine，also infiltration anesthesia by the labial and buccal mucosa，anesthesia effect of two groups were compared.Result：Complete effect had been proved on 39 teeth of the patients in the observation group，anesthesia effect was good on 10 teeth，and the total effective rate was 92.5%（49/53）.In the control group effect completely 34 teeth，9 teeth anesthesia effect was good，and the total effective rate was 72.9%（43/59）.Anesthesia effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group，there was statistical significance（字2=14.263，P0.05）.Each time the observation group felt pain significantly slighter than those of the control group，there were significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical anesthesia effect of Articaine is significant，with safety and effectiveness and no toxic side effect，which can ensure the smooth implementation of the treatment of dental pulp disease patients，and has higher clinical value. 　　【Key words】 Articaine； Lidocaine； Endodontic； Anesthesia 　　First-author’s address：Urumqi Oral Hospital，
