乌东德右岸3导流洞土建工程成本价分析和施工策划 　　摘要：本课题来源于乌东德施工项目，旨在分析工程项目的成本价并对整个项目进行的施工策划，合理安排人、材、机时空顺序，以期达到平衡资源节约施工成本的目的。从企业的施工水平出发，以水电建筑工程概算定额（2007年版）为基础，基于水电工程设计概算编制规定和费用标准（2013年版），首先编制基础单价、项目工程单价分析表；然后采用工程项目管理沙盘模式模拟项目实施效果，编制项目进度计划、各期工程量完成计划、材料采购计划，重点分析重点项目的风险、钻爆台车的技术经济性。根据时标网络图、横道图确定人材机的资源配置。最后根据单价分析表计算资金流量，分析项目的利润，通过一系列计算分析后，判断本项目是否达到预期目标利润。 　　Abstract： This subject comes from Wudongde construction project， and aims to analyze the cost price of the project and the construction planning of the whole project， reasonably arrange the time sequence of human， material and machine in order to achieve the purpose of balancing the resource and saving construction cost. Starting from the construction level of the enterprise， based on the estimated construction quotas for hydropower construction （2007 edition）， and the compilation rules and cost standards （2013 edition） for the design estimates of hydropower projects， the basic unit price and the project unit price analysis table are compiled first； then， the Project Management Sand Table model is used to simulate the implementation of the project， prepare the project schedule， project volume completion plan， and material procurement plan， focusing on the risk analysis of key projects， the technical economy of drilling and blasting bogies. According to the time-scale network diagram and the bar graph， the human resource allocation is determined. Finally， according to the unit price analysis table， the flow of funds is calculated， the profits of the project is analyzed.
