The main cause for it is that the labor cost is rising excessively and the rubbers prices fell sharply as well. To get rid of the dilemma， the government should improve and increase the subsidy， speed up the promotion of high efficient production technique； the planters should speed up the improvement of tapping ways； the researchers should make major technical breakthrough in intelligent tapping， intercropping in mature plantation and new planting materials. The new production mode of rubber should be discussed for a leaping development. 　　Keywords natural rubber ； rubber growing industry ； industry dilemma ； production mode 　　橡胶是四大工业原料之一，而天然橡胶是其中唯一的可再生资源。巴西橡胶树由于单产高等优势而成为主要产胶作物，经100多年的发展，巴西橡胶树商业栽培面积已高达1 200多万hm2，成为一项重要的热带农业产业，为现代工业发展提供了不可完全取代的原料。正由于巴西橡胶树天然橡胶的生产和产品特性，使得植胶业的发展因世界经济和社会事件等的变化而变化。各种数据表明，国内植胶业目前处于新一轮低潮，其前景和出路是人们急需了解的。 　　1 中国植胶产业现状和发展趋势 　　1.1 产业现状 　　目前中国植胶面积约达11.07万hm2[1]（其中大部分民营胶园正处在开割前后阶段），年产干胶约85万t（约占国内天然橡胶消费量的20%），年产橡胶木约200万m3（约占国内橡胶木消费量的28%），从业人员约250万人，民营胶园占总面积一半以上（其中有30%的农户是纯胶农），由此可知，中国植胶业是中国热区特别是山区的支柱产业。 　　胶价于2013年起开始下跌，2014年海南民营胶园出现“十户九弃割”[2-3]的情况，2014年国内实际减产量达到十几万吨[4]，植胶面积下降3.1%[1]。据观察，2015年至今大多数民营胶园未见有动刀开割的迹象，估计今年不会开割；海胶集团在5、6月开始割胶，但有部分胶园因缺胶工而无法开割，估计2015年减产幅度将更大。事实上，一些地方开始“砍胶种蕉”等。2015年初在云南调查时了解到，云南省景纳乡胶农以地租15万元/hm2的价格将胶园（一些胶园处于旺产期）租给某公司种香蕉。调查时发现，连片砍胶改种
