黑灵芝与赤灵芝提取物的抗氧化作用比较.PDF

44 2006, Vol. 27, No. 04 1,2 1, 1 弓晓峰 ，谢明勇 *，陈 奕 (1.南昌大学 食品科学教育部重点实验室，江西 南昌 330047； 2.南昌大学 教育部鄱阳湖湖泊生态与生物资源利用实验室，江西 南昌 330047) ：分别用DPPH 法、邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了赤灵芝和黑灵芝提取物的抗氧化作用。结果表明：不同溶 剂灵芝提取物对DPPH自由基均有清除作用，对邻苯三酚自氧化也均有抑制作用。不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性强 弱为：95% 乙醇＞丙酮＞去离子水＞氯仿，提取物用量与抗氧化性成正相关，而黑灵芝的抗氧化作用相对赤灵芝 要强。同BHT 和抗坏血酸进行了比较，黑灵芝的丙酮提取物浓度达到 1mg/ml 时已超过10mg/ml BHT 的抗氧化效 果，相当于0.5mg/ml 浓度抗坏血酸的抗氧化效果。 ：赤灵芝；黑灵芝；提取物；抗氧化性；D P P H 法；邻苯三酚自氧化 Comparison of the Anti-oxidative Effects of Extracts from Ganoderma atrum and Ganoderma lucidum 1,2 1, 1 GONG Xiao-feng ，XIE Ming-yong *，CHEN Yi (1.Key Laboratory of Food Science of Ministry of Education, Nanchang University, Nanchang 330047, China；2.Key Laboratory of Poyang Lake Ecology and Bio-resource Utilization of Ministry of Education, Nanchang University, Nanchang 330047, China) Abstract ：Anti-oxidative effects of extracts from Ganoderma lucidium (GL) and Ganoderma atrum (GA) were studied by using DPPH and pyrogallol autooxidation methods. The results showed that all kinds of extracts of GL and GA have scavenging effects on DPPH radical and restraining effects on pyrogallol autooxidation, and the anti-oxidative activities decreased in the order of 95% ethanol＞ acetone ＞ deionized water＞ chloroform. The amount of extracts used is directly in proportion to the anti-oxidative effect. When the control experiment was performed by using BHT and ascorbic acid, it is showed that the acetone extracts of Ganoderma atrum (1mg/ml) have stronger antioxidant activity than BHT (10mg/ml) but have the same of activity as ascorb
