单纯药物和药物结合早期康复治疗脑梗死患者疗效对比分析 　　【摘要】 目的：对比单纯药物与药物结合早期康复治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年3月-2017年3月本院收治的脑梗死患者70例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35例。对照组采用单纯药物治疗，治疗组采用药物结合早期康复治疗，比较两组患者脑循环动力学、运动功能、日常生活活动能力以及神经功能缺损改善情况。结果：治疗后，治疗组Vmin、Qmin和DR水平均明显高于对照组，R和CP水平均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，治疗组FMA和MBI评分均明显高于对照组，NIHSS评分明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：药物结合早期康复治疗可改善脑梗死患者的脑血管循环，有助于神经功能恢复，促进运动功能的恢复，具有良好的临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】 药物； 早期康复； 脑梗死 　　Comparative Analysis of Curative Effect of Early Rehabilitation Combined with Drug and Simple Drug in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction/WEI Wu，WANG Shilie，LI Nianchun.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（35）：131-134 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of early rehabilitation combined with drug and simple drug in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Method：A total of 70 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were selected，they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group，35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple drug therapy，and the treatment group was treated with drug combined with early rehabilitation therapy.The cerebral circulation dynamics，motor function，activities of daily living and the improvement of neurological function of two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，Vmin，Qmin and DR levels of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group，R and CP levels were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were significant（P0.05）.After treatment，FMA and MBI of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group，NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of the control group，the differences were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Drug combined with early rehabilitation therapy can improve the cerebrovascular circulation in patients with cerebral infarction，help the recovery of neurological function，promote the recovery of motor function，and has a good clinical value. 　　【Key
