泸州市农村居民卫生条件和卫生习惯现状分析 　　【摘要】目的了解泸州市农村居民卫生条件及基本卫生习惯现状,为农村卫生工作的开展提供依据。方法对泸州市农村居民进行分层整群随机抽样和问卷调查,收集的数据采用epidata进行建库和数据录入,spss13.0进行数据分析。结果卫生条件方面:泸州市农村以旱厕为主(62.6%),饮用水源以机井水、露天水井和山泉水为主(79.4%),生活污水主要倾倒在房前屋后(74.5%),69.6%的农村居民无固定集中生活垃圾收集处理点;卫生习惯方面:共用毛巾(30.5%)、刷牙习惯不良(79.6%)及喝生水(30.4%)等不良卫生习惯均有一定比例存在。结论泸州市农村地区卫生条件及居民基本卫生习惯均有待改善和提高,应加强农村基础卫生设施建设和居民的健康教育和健康促进工作,以改变农村卫生现状和提高居民健康水平。 　　【关键词】农村卫生条件卫生习惯泸州市 　　中国图分类号:R12文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-0515(2010)08-052-02 　　The Status of Health Conditions andHealth Habitsof Luzhou Rural residents 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo understand the status ofhealth conditions and the basic hygiene of rural residents in Luzhou City, and provide evidence for rural health work carried out to. MethodsLuzhou rural residents stratified cluster random sampling and survey data collected by epidata for building a database and data entry, spss13.0 data analysis. Resultshealth conditions: The main type of toilet s in rural areas are outdoor toilets (62.6%), drinking water source to machine well water, open wells and spring water-based (79.4%), the main dumping sewage around their houses (74.5%) , 69.6% of rural residents without a fixed concentration of waste collection and disposal points; health habits: share towels (30.5%), poor brushing habits (79.6%) and drinking untreated water (30.4%), and a certain proportion of bad health habits exist. ConclusionLuzhou City, residents of rural areas, sanitation and basic hygiene practices should be improved and enhanced ,to strengthen basic health facilities in rural areas and residents of health education and health promotion work to change the status and improve the residents of rural health health. 　　【Key words】Rural residentsHealth ConditionsHealth Habits Luzhou city 　　 　　农村的卫生条件与卫生习惯直接影响到居民健康。2009年7-9月,泸州市科技局立项的“泸州健康城市建设研究”课题组对泸州所辖三区及四县农村居民卫生条件与卫生习惯进行了抽样调查,并现将调查结果报告如下: 　　1对象与方法 　　1.1研究对象:以户为单位,采用分层随机抽样法,对泸州市三区及四县农村人口进行问卷调查,共回收有效问卷8020份。 　　1.2方法由经过统一培训的调查员,采取入户访谈式进行调查,内容包括农村厕所类型、饮用水类型、生活污水垃圾处理方式以及农村居民基本卫生习惯等情况。 　　1.3
