泽兰实蝇内生殖器官的结构及其发育 高 熹，马 沙，汪金蓉，叶敏，李正跃，吴国星基金项目：国家自然科学基金项目（ 基金项目：国家自然科学基金项目；云南省森林灾害预警与控制重点实验室开放基金（ZK10A305） 作者简介：高熹，女，讲师，硕士。研究方向：昆虫生理学。E-mail：chonchon@163.com。 ?通信作者(Author for Correspondence), E-mail：wugx1@163.com。 云南农业大学植物保护学院，云南 昆明，650201 摘要: 【背景】泽兰实蝇属双翅目实蝇科，是杂草紫茎泽兰重要的专性天敌。该蝇的幼虫可蛀入紫茎泽兰内部形成虫瘿，可有效控制紫茎泽兰的扩散，是控制紫茎泽兰的有效生物防治手段，众多国家都先后利用该虫进行生物防治来控制紫茎泽兰的危害。【方法】通过光学显微观察，报道了泽兰实蝇成虫内生殖器官的结构及其发育动态。【结果】雌性泽兰实蝇的内生殖系统主要由卵巢、输卵管、受精囊、雌性附腺等器官组成，雄性生殖系统由精巢、输精管、雄性附腺、射精管组成。在成虫发育过程中，雌虫卵巢的长度在第4日龄时达最大值，宽度在1日龄时达最大值，与其它日龄相比有显著性差异，雌性附腺及受精囊的大小在各日龄间无显著性差异；雄虫的精巢长度在4日龄时达到最大，宽度在2日龄时达最大，在不同日龄间也有显著性的差异，而雄性附腺的大小在不同龄期无显著性差异。【结论与意义】本文阐明了泽兰实蝇的内生殖系统结构与发育状况，这有助于奠定提高泽兰实蝇人工繁殖效率及生物防治效果的理论基础。 关键词：泽兰实蝇；内生殖器官；结构；发育 Structure and development of internal reproductive organs in Procecidochares utilis (Diptera: Tephritidae) Xi GAO, Sha MA, Jin-rong WANG, Min YE, Zheng-yue LI, Guo-xing WU * College of Plant Protection, Yunnan Agricultural University, Kunming,Yunnan, 650201, China Abstract: 【Background】Procecidochares utilis (Diptera: Tephritidae) is a important obligate enemy to Eupatorium adenophorum. The larvae of flies can bore into the E. adenophorum and make gall formation, which can effectively control the diffusion of E. adenophorum. It is the effective biological control method to E. adenophorum. Many countries had used this insect to control the hazards caused by E. adenophorum.【Method】The structure and development of internal reproductive organs in adults of P. utilis were systematically observed by optical microscopy method. 【Result】The internal reproductive organs in female adult of P. utilis were composed of ovaries, lateral oviduct, spermatheca, female accessory glands; and male internal reproductive organs were composed of testes, vasa deferentia, male accessory glands and ejaculatory duct.
