环磷腺苷葡胺和低分子肝素治疗肺源性心脏病急性加重期疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨环磷腺苷葡胺和低分子肝素治疗肺源性心脏病急性加重期治疗效果。方法 将67例肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者随机分成2组，对照组(33例)给予吸氧、抗生素、平喘、扩血管及利尿等常规治疗；治疗组(34例)在常规治疗的基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺120 mg加入5%葡萄糖溶液250 ml静脉滴注，1 次/d；低分子肝素2500 U，皮下注射， 12 h/次。疗程共7 d。治疗前后进行心功能分级评估、血气分析和心脏超声检查。结果 治疗组患者心功能、血气分析和各项心脏指数较对照组改善更为显著(P0．01)。结论 环磷腺苷葡胺和低分子肝素对急性加重期肺源性心脏病患者疗效显著。? 　　【关键词】肺源性心脏病；急性加重期；环磷腺苷葡胺；低分子肝素 　　?? 　　Clinical effect of meglumine adenosion cyclophosphate and low molecular weight heparin on patients with cor pulmonale at acute deterioration stage 　　 　　WANG Zhe-mou,Zhang De-mei,Yu Yan.Department of Medicine of Laixi Maternity and Child Care Centre,Laixi,,Shandong Province 266600,China 　　? 　　【Abstract】 Objective To survey the therapeutic effect on patients with cor pulmonale at acute deterioration stage by meglumine adenosion cyclophosphate and low molecular weight heparin.Methods 67 cases with cor pulmonale at acute deterioration stage were randomly divided into two groups.Patients inthe control group(33 cases)were treated with routine treatment including oxygen uptake,antibiotics,antiasthmatics,vasodilators,diuretics,etc.In addition to the routine treatment,patients in the treatment group(34 cases)were treated with 120 mg of meglumine adenosion cyclophosphate injection through intravenous drip once a day and 2500 U of low molecular weight heparin throughsubcutaneous injection twice a day for 7 days.We observed the changes of cardiac function,pulmonary artery pressure(PAP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and analysis of the gases in blood before and after the treatment.Results Patients in the treatment group had more significant improvements in heart function and the gases in blood than those in the control group(P0．01).Conclusion Meglumine adenosion cyclophosphate and low molecular weight heparin are significantly effective to treat cor pulmonale at acute deterioration stage.? 　　【Key words】Cor pulmonale;Acute deterioration stage;Meglumine adenosion cyclophosphate;Low molecular weight hepari
