社会资本联合价值创造和创新孵化绩效关系研究お 　　摘要：本文不再仅仅从孵化器视角研究如何通过改善孵化器自身管理水平或运行模式来提高创新孵化绩效，而是更加重视在孵企业的社会属性对创新孵化绩效的影响，同时着重突出组织间联合行为在社会资本与创新孵化绩效关系中的影响作用，从而构建出“社会资本―联合价值创造―创新孵化绩效”的理论模型。通过对大连市243家在孵企业的问卷调查以及结构方程模型分析，研究发现：结构维、关系维、认知维社会资本对联合价值创造均有正向影响；联合价值创造在结构维社会资本和创新孵化绩效之间起到完全中介作用；关系维、认知维社会资本不仅直接影响创新孵化绩效，还通过联合价值创造间接影响创新孵化绩效。 　　关键词：社会资本；联合价值创造；创新孵化绩效 　　中图分类号：F270文献标识码：A文章编号2015oi：10.11847/fj.34.3.34 　　The Relationships among Social Capital， Joint Value Creationand Innovation Incubation Performance 　　WANG Guohong， ZHOU Jianlin， Xing Rui 　　（School of Management， Dalian University of Technology， Dalian 116024， China） 　　Abstract：Instead of studying how to improve the management or operation of incubator to stimulate innovation incubation performance， the study pays more attention on the impact of social attribute of the enterprise on innovation incubator performance， and highlights the impact of crossorganization joint action on the relationship between social capital and innovative incubation performance. Then “social capitaljoint value creationinnovation incubator performance” model is put forward. And the model is tested by the questionnaire of 243 incubated enterprises in Dalian and the structural equation model.
