降钙素原C反应蛋白和急性胆源性胰腺炎严重程度相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究急性胆源性胰腺炎患者PCT及CRP水平，分析它们与疾病的严重程度和预后的相关性。方法 整群选取2014年1月―2015年6月间入院52例急性胆源性胰腺炎中轻症患者及44例重症患者，另选择40例同期健康体检者作为对照，空腹采集外周静脉血，分离血清，PCT采用ELISA试剂盒测定，血清CRP采用免疫比浊法测定。统计分析血清PCT、CRP水平与疾病严重程度及血生化指标相关性。结果 3组血清PCT及CRP水平随疾病程度恶化显著升高，PCT及CRP水平呈正相关（r=0.422，P=0.026）.；PCT及CRP水平与乳酸脱氢酶呈正相关（r=0.387，P=0.034），与淀粉酶及脂肪酶无相关性；CT及CRP与胰腺炎Ranson评分、24 hAPACHE II评分、Balthazar CT评分呈正相关，相关系数r分别为0.412，0.314，0.289。结论 血液 PCT、CRP 检测有着简便快捷，灵敏特异，安全可靠的特点，为ABP鉴别诊断、控制感染及重症炎症方面提供了丰富的信息。 　　[关键词] 降钙素原；C反应蛋白；急性胆源性胰腺炎 　　[中图分类号] R576.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）04（c）-0052-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the PCT and CRP levels of patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis and analyze the correlation between them and the severity of diseases and prognosis. Methods 52 cases of patients with mild and moderate acute gallstone pancreatitis and 44 cases of severe patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected， 40 cases of healthy examined persons were selected as the control group， the fasting peripheral venous blood was collected， the serum was separated， the PCL was measured by ELISA kit， the serum CRP was measured by immunoturbidimetry， and the correlation between the serum PCT and CRP levels and severity of disease and blood biochemical indexes were counted and analyzed. Results The serum PCT and CRP levels of the three groups were obviously elevated with the deterioration of the disease degree， the PCT was positively correlated with the CRP level（r=0.422，P=0.026）， the PCT and CRP levels were correlated with the lactate dehydrogenase （r=0.387，P=0.034）， and were not correlated with the amylase and lipase， and the CT and CRP were positively correlated with the pancreatitis pancreatitis score， APACHE II score within 24h and Balthazar CT score（r=0.412，0.314， 0.289） Conclusion The detection of blood PCT and CRP is convenient， quick， smart， specific， safe and reliable， and it provides rich information for the differential diagnosis and contro
