西南科技大学毕业设计（施工组织设计） PAGE PAGE 4 西南科技大学毕业设计（论文） - PAGE 95 - 摘 要 本工程为内江市沱江乡卫生院项目，建设地点在内江市沱江乡，总层高11.7米，共2层，总建筑面积987.05㎡，项目占地面积约600平方米，结构型式为框架结构。合理使用期为50年，抗震设防度为7度，建筑场地类别为 = 2 \* ROMAN II类,工期180天。 本工程图纸由内江市第二建筑设计院设计，依据了《混凝土结构施工及验收规范》、《混凝土质量控制标准》、《混凝土强度检验评定标准》、《砖石工程施工及验收规范》、《屋面工程技术规范》、《建筑工程质量检验评定标准》等规范及标准。在工程量计算中参考《平法识图与钢筋计算》、《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》、《建筑工程概预算》等书籍。 最终结合本人所算工程量数据及本工程施工图完成施工组织设计，就施工组织管理机构，总体施工部署，主要施工方案与工艺，施工质量控制措施与体系，安全文明施工措施，工期及进度计等方面工作作出了安排。从而提高工程安全系数，加快工程完成效率，增长经济效益。 关键词： 面积 结构 依据 效率 西南科技大学毕业设计（施工组织设计） PAGE PAGE 96 Abstract This project is the project Neijiang Tuojiang township hospitals, construction sites in Neijiang Tuojiang Township storey 11.7 m, a total of 2 floors with a total construction area of ??987.05 square meters, the project covers an area of ??about 600 square meters, the structure type for the frame structure.
