品管圈活动对改善骨科择期手术患者术前准备的应用价值分析 　[摘要] 目的 研究品管圈活动对改善骨科择期手术患者术前准备的应用价值。 方法 选择2015年3月～2016年6月拟在我院择期手术的骨科患者120例为观察对象。根据品管圈管理实施时间分为观察组与对照组。实施前60例患者为照组给予常规护理，实施后患者60例为观察组在对照组基础上应用品管圈组织管理。分别对比两组术前准备完善情况、患者满意度、手术前后焦虑、抑郁以及疼痛情况。 结果 观察组术前准备规范、情况记录频率、相关问题解决程度、询问情况详细程度的完善率均显著高于对照组，差异均有?y计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者满意度为96.67%（58/60），显著高于对照组的78.33%（47/60），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后SAS、SDS评分分别为（41.0±3.5）分、（27.6±2.8）分，均显著低于对照组的（46.2±4.7）分、（32.9±3.5）分，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后VAS评分为（2.7±1.4）分，显著低于对照组的（3.7±1.3）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 品管圈活动可显著改善骨科择期手术患者术前准备完善情况，提高患者满意度，同时缓解其焦虑、抑郁情绪，减轻痛苦。 本文采集自网络，本站发布的论文均是优质论文，供学习和研究使用，文中立场与本网站无关，版权和著作权归原作者所有，如有不愿意被转载的情况，请通知我们删除已转载的信息。 [关键词] 骨科手术；术前准备；品管圈活动；满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）05-74-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of quality control circle activity in improving the preoperative preparation of patients undergoing elective surgery in Department of orthopedics.
