PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 北京市丰台区流动人口精神卫生健康状况调查 作者：刘世红 刘杰 徐连东 葛桂杰 袁崇友 李锟 张宗宇 【摘要】 目的 探讨北京市丰台区流动人口精神卫生健康状况，为政府制定相应精神卫生政策和干预措施提供依据。 方法 随机抽取北京市丰台区三个乡的六个自然村中650名流动居住人口，采用问卷调查表及访谈相结合的方法进行调查分析。 结果 流动人口文化水平较低，精神卫生知识匮乏，对精神卫生知识了解者仅占12.3%。了解渠道单一，其中53.13%为电视、24.15%为报纸书籍宣传资料、17.33%为健康讲座社区宣传、97.04%希望获得法律法规的帮助、91.74%希望获得预防治疗康复知识、54.05%希望获得福利与保障政策、24.30%希望获得精神疾病诊疗机构情况。流动人口中存在着一定数量的精神疾病患者，在住院患者中所占比例呈逐年上升的趋势。 结论 流动人口对精神疾病知识了解极少，精神健康知识需求非常迫切；加强对流动人口的精神卫生健康教育，提高对精神疾病的认识，并将精神疾病患者纳入管理体系之中，是我们今后的重要任务之一。 【关键词】 流动人口；精神卫生；精神疾病 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mental health status of the floating population in Fengtai District of Beijing to provide bases for enacting corresponding mental health policy and intervention provision. Methods Investigations were conducted using combinations of questionnaire and interview in 650 floating resident populations randomly selected from 6 hamlets of 3 townships in Fengtai District. Results The floating populations had lower literacy and were short of mental health knowledge，and only 12.3% of them understanded mental health knowledge.understanding canal was single，53.13% from TV, 24.15% from propaganda informations e.g. newspaper and books，17.33% from community health lecture、97.04% expected to obtain assistances of laws and regulations，91.74% knowledge of prevention，cure and rehabilitation，54.05% welfare and guarantee policy and 24.30% information of diagnosing and trating facolity for mental disorders. There were some patients with mental disorders，their proportion in hospitalized patients ascended year by year. Conclusion Floating populations are much short of mental disorders and need mental health knowledge very urgently；One of our coming important responsibilities is to enhance mental health education，improve their recognition of mental disorders and bring patients with mental disorders into management system. 　　【Keywords】 Floating population；mental health；mental disorder 　　随着首都科技、文化、经济的迅速发展，大量的流动人口涌入北京，寻求发展与就业，丰富了北京市场，方便了居民购物，为北京的进一步发展和建设做出了巨
