中国地质的环境信息服务平台的研究 　　摘 要：为了满足地质环境数据充分高效地服务于中国地质环境管理、综合评价、可视化展示及辅助决策等需求，在分析国内外地质环境信息服务平台应用现状的基础上，总结当前中国地质环境信息服务平台特点及存在的主要问题；提出“分布集成、统一管理、集中服务”的建设模式，进而设计平台逻辑层次，功能体系及内、外接口，并构建中国地质环境信息服务平台。结果表明：中国地质环境信息服务平台逻辑上分为5个层次，自底向上依次为基础设施层、数据层、功能层、服务层和用户层；其功能体系包括分布式地质环境数据集成系统、地质环境信息服务基础支撑系统、地质环境智能感知系统、地质环境综合评价系统和地质环境一张图服务系统；平台五大系统在统一的集成框架下，具有较好的交互性与实用性，可实现分散、多源、异构地质环境数据的整合集成，地质环境变化信息的实时感知，综合信息分类分级评价，地质环境信息多维表征与一张图展示等功能。中国地质环境信息服务平台的构建，对于充分规划、配置、发挥地质环境资源，辅助地质灾害应急决策等具有重要意义。 　　关键词：地质环境；服务平台；分布集成；统一管理；集中服务；一张图；网络服务 　　中图分类号：P66；P694 文献标志码：A 　　Study on China Geoenvironmental Information Service Platform 　　ZHU Yunqiang1， ZHOU Tianmo1，2， YU Mengliang3， ZENG Qingshi3，WANG Yong3， LUO Kan1，4， ZHANG Mingzhi3 　　（1. University of Chinese Academy of Sciences， Beijing 100049， China） 　　Abstract： In order to meet the requirement of China geoenvironment management， comprehensive evaluation， visualization and decisionmaking， the applications of geoenvironment information service system platform around the world were analyzed， and the characteristic and major issues of China geoenvironmental information service platform （CGISP） were summarized； the mode of “distributed integration， uniform management and centralized service” was put forward to build logical layer， function architecture and internal and external 　　interfaces， and then China geoenvironmental information service platform was built. The results showed that the five logical layers of CGISP were infrastructure， data， function， service and user from the bottom up； the function system of CGISP included distributed geoenvironmental data integration system， geoe
