中山市育龄夫妇避孕知识掌握及需求程度调查的研究 　　【摘要】 目的：调查中山市育龄夫妇对避孕知识的掌握程度及需求情况。方法：选取2014年7-12月期间，向中山市1500例育龄夫妇发放关于避孕知识和需求程度的调查问卷，比较不同年龄段育龄夫妇对避孕知识的掌握程度及需求情况。结果：年龄段在31～40岁及41岁的育龄夫妇对避孕知识的掌握程度最高，明显高于23岁及24～30岁年龄段育龄夫妇组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。年龄段在24～30岁的育龄夫妇对避孕知识的需求程度最高，明显高于其他年龄段育龄夫妇组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：不同年龄段夫妇对避孕知识的掌握及需求程度不同，根据调查结果可进行有针对性的指导育龄夫妇避孕措施，更好的进行优生优育。 　　【关键词】 育龄夫妇； 避孕知识； 调查 　　中图分类号 R714 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）20-0084-02 　　Research of Contraceptive Knowledge and Level of Demand of Couples of Childbearing Age in Zhongshan/WANG Peng，CHEN Jie，SHI Miao-li.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2015，13（20）：84-85 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the extent of knowledge about contraception and demand couples of childbearing age grasp in Zhongshan.Method：From July 2014 to December 2014，distributed contraceptive knowledge and level of demand questionnaire to 1500 cases of couples of childbearing age in Zhongshan，and then compared the extent of knowledge about contraception and demand different couples of childbearing age grasp.Result：Couples of reproductive age between 31-40 years age group and 41 years age had supreme mastery of contraceptive knowledge，which was significantly higher than couples of reproductive age group 23 years and between 24-30 years of age，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Couples of reproductive age between 24-30 years old were in the highest degree of knowledge of the demand for contraception，significantly higher than other couples of childbearing age group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Couples of different ages have different extent and level of demand for contraceptive knowledge，according to the survey results，couples of childbearing age contraception can be targeted to guide for better prenatal and postnatal care. 　　【Key words】 Couples of childbearing age； Contraceptive knowledge； Survey 　　First-author’s address：Zhongshan Population and Family Planning Service Center，Zhongshan 528458，China 　　doi：
