Methods: 200 cases are researched paralysis patient of preliminary diagnosis(on admission). Symptom，physical sign，tongue and nervure diagnosis，prescription Medication, use index cluster analysismethod, sum common pattern of syndrome;type of syndrome and common medicine of paralysis. Results:First group medicine : cimicifugae，bupleuri，angelica，codonopsis，glycyrrhizae，cairo morningglory root or leaf,atractylodes macrocephala，Astragalus mongholicus，orange peel. Second group medicine:some medicine which invigorate the spleen and kidney. Reinforce deficiency moistening lung to strive waist and knee. Conclusion:The principal treatment of paralysis is reinforce spleen anf kidney, five solid organs correlate. 　　 　　Keywords：paralysis；index cluster analysis；reinforce spleen and kidney 　　?? 　　痿病是指肢体筋脉弛缓，手足痿软无力，运动不利，甚至瘫痪，日久因不能随意运动而致肌肉萎缩的一种病证，主要表现为肌肉萎缩、骨骼废用。本研究通过设计痿病临床调研表，调查200例痿病患者的初诊（入院时）症状、体征、舌脉、诊断、处方用药情况，运用指标聚类分析方法，归纳其常见证型和常用药物，报道如下。? 　　 　　1临床资料? 　　 　　1.1诊断及纳入标准参照国家中医药管理局1994年发布《中医病证诊断疗效标准》（中华人民共和国中医药行业标准）中，痿病的诊断依据标准及痿病的证候分类标准。 　　诊断标准:(1)肢体经脉弛缓，软弱无力，活动不利，甚则肌肉萎缩，弛纵瘫痪；(2)可伴有肢体麻木、疼痛，或拘急痉挛。严重者可见排尿障碍，呼吸困难，吞咽无力等；(3)常有久居湿地、涉水淋雨史。或有药物史，家族史；(4)可结合西医相关疾病做相应理化检查，如有条件应做CT、磁共振等；(5)应注意与痹证、风痱、震颤等鉴别。1.2纳入标准符合上述诊断依据1、2项以及3、4、
