企业财务管理的方法浅析 　　摘要：随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入 ,企业管理以财务管理为核心已成为企业家和经济界人士的共识。伴随着经济形势的不断变化和现代企业制度的逐步完善，一个好的现代企业应该是一个由人事管理、生产管理、营销管理以及财务会计管理等诸多子系统构成的组织。其中，财务会计则是各项管理活动的基础和支撑，企业管理者需要根据财务部门提供的各项数据做出正确决策。有专家称：“在新时期，财务起着‘仓库’的作用，任何智力资本最终都要转化为财务”。可见，财务管理的价值及其在企业中的重要作用。因此 ,抓企业管理应以抓财务管理为基础，为切入点，加强财务管理是企业可持续发展的关键，也是企业财务工作者目前的一项重要工作。本文笔者根据自身的工作经验就经常采用的财务管理方法进行详细的阐述，以期与广大企业财务管理人员沟通交流。 　　关键词：企业；财务管理；决策；财务控制 　　Abstract: as Chinas economic system reform, enterprise management on financial management as the core has become entrepreneurs and economic circles personage consensus.
