浅析中国资源型企业海外合作模式 　　摘要：近几年,中国的资源型企业的“走出去”问题得到了广泛的关注。在第五次并购的浪潮的推动下，在国家一系列鼓励企业“走出去”政策的支持下，我国不少的资源型企业也加入到全球化和一体化的进程中去。本文在此背景下，从我国资源企业的技术水平和风险管理能力等角度阐述了我国海外企业合作模式的基本现状，集中对各个模式的优缺点进行详细的分析，以期能够给即将进行跨国合作的企业在选择合作模式时提供一些启迪 。 　　Abstract:This paper introduces Chinese resource companies’ overseas cooperation models and analysis their advantages and disadvantages considering the Chinese enterprises technical level and risk management capacity.
