农村综合信息服务云平台若干关键技术的研究 　　摘 要：农村信息服务对农村地区经济发展具有重要的促进作用，目前，我国农村农业信息化的信息孤岛及分散问题仍然存在。笔者首先研究了云计算系统架构、关键技术等技术进展，分析讨论了云计算技术在行业中的应用情况，之后详细设计了农村综合信息服务云平台系统架构，对云环境下的资源集成共享、资源调度管理、业务访问安全控制等关键技术进行了介绍。本文只针对农村综合信息服务云平台进行了系统架构设计，农村综合信息服务云平台建设、运行等工作将在后续工作中开展。 　　关键字：农村综合信息服务;云平台;系统架构;关键技术 　　中图分类号：TP301 文献标识码：A DOI 编码：10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2015.04.010 　　Study on Key Technologies of Cloud Platform for Integrated Rural Information Service 　　GUO Lei-feng， WANG Wen-sheng 　　（Key Laboratory of Digital Agricultural Early-Warning Technology， Ministry of Agriculture， Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences， Agricultural Information Institute， Beijing 100081， China） 　　Abstract： Rural information service has an important role to promote economic development in rural areas. At present， the problems of information islands in Chinas rural agricultural information still exist. This paper studied the system architecture and key technologies of cloud computing and then made a discussion about the industry application of cloud computing technology. This paper also put forward the detailed system architecture of integrated rural information service which was based on cloud platform， together with an introduction about the key technologies to build a cloud， such as resources integration， resource scheduling and service access control under cloud computing. This paper only focuses on the architecture and the construction of the cloud platform on integrated rural information service and other follow-up work will be done in advance. 　　Key words： rural information service; cloud platform; architecture; key technologies 　　农村信息服务对农村地区经济发展具有重要的促进作用。一般认为农村综合信息服务是指服务供给者充分利用现有信息资源和适用信息技术，为农业生产、农村生活和农民个人发展中的信息需求者提供或传播及时、准确、安全的信息产品或服务[1]。农业信息服务内容多种多样，涵盖了农业政策法规、农村金融、农产品市场、农村科技、农业生产经营、农村物流、农村生活、农村休闲娱乐、农村教育培训、农民就业等信息。随着信息技术的不断发展，农村信息服务已从单一的传统媒体向多元化的方式发展，农村信息服务模式也各具地方特色，如“农村信息直通车工程”、“三农呼叫中心”、“农技110”、“爱农信息驿站”等[2]。 　　2010年，科技部联合中组部、工信部启动国家农村信息化示范省建设试点工作，将按照“平台上移、服务下延、公益服务、市场运营”的基本思路，依托全
