图像关联规则挖掘的研究 　　摘 要：介绍了图像关联规则的相关概念，描述了传统的双种群遗传算法的执行过程；针对采用固定染色体交叉概率和染色体变异概率容易出现早熟、收敛速度较慢等问题，设计出了能自适应调整的染色体交叉算子和变异算子。最后将改进后的双种群遗传算法成功地运用到Landsat卫星遥感图像，实现了图像关联规则的提取，为退耕还林决策提供了有力的依据。 　　关键词：图像数据挖掘； 图像关联规则； 自适应遗传算法； 双种群 　　中图分类号：TP751文献标志码：A 　　文章编号：1001-3695(2009)06-2374-03 　　doi:10.3969/j.issn.1001-3695.2009.06.113 　　 　　Research of image association rules mining 　　LEI Liang??1,2, WANG Tong-qing??1, YANG Bo??2 　　(1.Key Laboratory of Optoelectronic Technology System Ministry of Education, Chongqing University, Chongqing 400044, China； 2. Secondly,proposed an new scheme that the double population genetic algorithm used the self-adaptable crossover operator and mutation operator according to the shortage of early convergence and stagnation in the traditional double population genetic algorithm based on unconvertible rate of crossover operator and mutation operator. Lastly, successfully applied the improved double populations genetic algorithm to mine the image association rules from Landsat satellite remote sensing images. It is useful for decreasing farmland to increase forest. 　　Key words：image data mining; image association rule; self-adaptable genetic algorithm; double populations 　　 　　0 引言 　　 　　?ニ孀磐?络技术的发展和计算机性能的提高，数码相机、监视相机、卫星遥感系统的应用越来越广泛，涌现出大量的图像数据，对这些图像进行自动分析以获取大量有用知识的需求日益增加，图像挖掘技术提供了有效的方法和技术。图像挖掘(image mining，IM)是一种可以从大量的图像集合中自动获取隐含的图像内容与模式的多学科交叉研究课题。其根本任务是从图像底层像素特征描述中，高效地获取高层图像空间对象及其相互关系，以提取出图像序列中隐含的、先前未知的、潜在有用的知识、图像关系或其他隐含的图像模式[1]。它不是简单地将数据挖掘技术引入到图像理解领域，而是集中了数据挖掘、图像处理、计算机视觉、图像检索、机器学习、模式识别数据库和人工智能等技术，用于促进图像内容的分析与理解。由于缺乏对IM的深刻理解及其本身存在一些理论和技术障碍，其研究进展缓慢。自2000年召开第一届多媒体挖掘年会以来，IM尚未形成完整的理论框架和统一的技术方法，仍处于探索阶段。另一方面，图像技术的可行性带来了图像的爆炸性增长。许多关系数据库也包含了多媒体信息，巨量多媒体数据的出现，必然要求检
