成都 成都中医药大学硕士毕业论文 万方数据 万方数据 Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect on using the mothed of tonifying middle qi to treat allergic rhinitis caused by deficiency of lung qi，in order to find an effective therapy for the allergic rhinitis patients. Methods: Sixty patients with AR were randomly divided into two groups；half of them were in treatment group and the others were in control group. The patients in control group were treated with mixed prescriptions called Yupingfeng San and Cangerzi San and the individuals in other group were given Buzhong Yiqi Tang. One course of treatment lasted two weeks. Then observe and record the changings of symptoms or signs in nose and the whole body and the side effects before treatment, treatmented one week and two weeks and two weeks after the therapy, then analyzed the data according to statistics. Results: ①After one week therapy, the theraputic effect rate in treatment group was 22.7%and 24.8% in control group. ②After two weeks therapy, the data was 70.5% in treatment group and 70.2% in other.③After two weeks follow-up, the theraputic effect rate in treatment group was much higher than the control group which decoded as 58.3%and 25.3% respectively.④After one week treatment, compared the integral of symptoms and signs in two groups such as nasal congestion、 runny nose、turbinate enlargement and lassitude，the P value was less than 0.05 according to the Students t test. The result was proved to be statistically significant.⑤ After two weeks therapy, compared the integral of Nasal congestion, the P value was less than 0.05 in t test. So difference was statistically significant. ⑥After two weeks follow-up, compared two groups total integral of 2 symptoms, P value was less than 0.05 in t test. Also difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: After one weeks therapy, the theraputic effect in control group was much better than which in treatment group in the aspect of improving the symptoms and signs as nasal congesti
