旴江名医李梴《医学入门》耳鼻咽喉科学术特色 谢强1，2,3 黄纪彬4 (1.江西中医药大学旴江医学研究会 南昌330006；2.江西中医药大学嗓音言语听力医学研究所 南昌 330006；3.江西中医药大学附属医院 南昌330006；4.江西中医药大学2013级硕士研究生 南昌330006） 摘要：明代江西旴江著名医学家李梴私淑旴江席弘、危亦林针灸及喉科，所著《医学入门》内含丰富的耳鼻咽喉科经验，分类呈现耳鼻咽喉科临床常用效穴、效药、良方，辩证全面，施治求本，擅用塞耳、涂鼻、吹喉等众多局部外治法，尤其是规范耳鼻咽喉局部腧穴取穴法、明列耳鼻咽喉疾病常用穴针灸操作宜忌，突出耳鼻咽喉疾病用穴主治特点，有“喉风十八症”论述及首创“上补下泻”适宜耳鼻咽喉疾病的针法，发展了《内经》喉痹“上病下治”之旨，形成辨证求本、内外兼治、针药并重的独特学术思想和临证风格，对后世耳鼻咽喉科学的发展有着重大地影响。 关键词：旴江医学；李梴；上补下泻；旴江喉科流派；地域医学；中医临床流派 The Preliminary Probe of Xu Jiang’famous doctor LI Chan’s Academic Features about ENT from ‘Yixue Rumen’ XIE Qiang 1,2,3 HUANG Jibin4 (1.Xu jiang’ Medicine Research Council, Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nanchang 330006 2.
