安徽江苏医学生网络成瘾的现状及的影响因素分析 　　【摘要】 目的 调查安徽、江苏3所医学院校医学生网络成瘾现状及影响因素，为网络成瘾的早期干预提供依据。方法 整群抽取蚌埠医学院、皖南医学院和徐州医学院一至三年级学生1 783名，使用《网络成瘾诊断量表》、《青少年生活事件量表》和《特质应对方式问卷》进行调查。结果 医学生网络成瘾检出率为11.6％，2组在性别、年级、专业、人际关系、学习压力、健康适应、积极应对方式和消极应对方式方面均有显著性差异(P0.01)。网络成瘾主要影响因素为性别、人际关系、学习压力、消极应对(P值均0.01)。结论 医学生网络成瘾状况值得重视。应对医学生积极采取有效的预防和控制措施。 　　【关键词】 因特网；物质相关性障碍；精神卫生；回归分析；学生，医科 　　【中图分类号】 R 395.6 TP 393 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-9817(2010)11-1343-03 　　 　　Status and Influencing Factors of Internet Addiction Disorder Among Medical College Students in Anhui and Jiangsu/ZHANG Jing*, QI Yu-long, LI Jun-hua, et al. * Department of Nursing, Bengbu Medical College, Bengbu (233030), Anhui Province, China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current status and influencing factors of Internet addiction disease among medical students, and to provide evidence for the early prevention. Methods Totally 1 783 medical students of three medical colleges were recruited by stratified cluster sampling and cross-sectional investigation, and the status of Internet addiction disease was investigated with Trait Coping Style Questionnaire and adolescent life event scale. Results The prevalence rate of internet addiction disease in medical students was 11.6％. Internet addiction disease was associated with sex, study stress,grade,major,interpersonal relationship,health adjustment,positive coping and negative coping(P0.01).The main influencing factors to Internet addiction disorder were sex,interpersonal relationship,study stress and negative coping(P0.01). Conclusion The rate of Internet addiction disease showed to be high in medical students.
