学生党支部建在班上的经验畅谈 　　摘要：高校学生党支部是党组织在高校的最基层组织，是高校党建工作在广大青年学生中的基本支撑点，是党密切联系广大党员和青年学生的桥梁和纽带，是高校党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。高校学生党支部设置是做好基层党组织工作的重点，它影响着学生党建工作以及学生思想政治工作，直接影响到党支部在新形势下的工作效率以及党在高校工作中的战斗力。优化大学生党支部设置，更有效的开展党建工作，是充分发挥学生党支部的战斗堡垒作用、保持党的先进性长效机制的有力措施。华中科技大学生命学院通过将纵向班级建立在党支部上，建立了党支部、班级、团支部三位一体的新模式，取得了一些经验和成果。 　　关键词：纵向班级；三位一体；以党带团 　　The experience of student party branch constructed in the class 　　Nie Qingbin,Wu Jiange, Ma Yunfeng,Liu Yong 　　Abstract: The university student party branch is the most Basic-level party organization in university, is the university party building work in the general young students basic center of resistance, is close relation between the general party members and young student, is the university partys entire job and the battle efficiency foundation. The university student party branch establishment is the key point of the Basic-level party organization work , it is interfering with the student party building work as well as the student ideology political works, which can immediately influenceparty branchs working efficiency under new situation as well as partys work battle efficiency in university. Optimizing the university student party branch to establish, is playing the role of the student party branchs fight fortress, maintaining partys advanced persistent effect mechanism effective measures fully. Huazhong University of Science and Technology life institute through establishing the longitudinal class and grade in the party branch, has established the party branch, the class and grade, the youth corps cell Trinity new pattern, has gained some experiences and achievement. 　　Key words: Longitudinal class;Trinity;Rolls by the party 　　 　　中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》指出：“创新学生党支部活动方式，丰富活动内容，增强凝聚力和战斗力，使其成为开展思想政治教育的坚强堡垒。”[1]改进党支部活动模式，提高支部生活会的质量，对提高学生党员的党性修养和综合素质将起到重要作用。 　　学生党支部如何设置？应该遵循什么原则？这是加强学生党支部建设的首要问题和关键所在，也是做好高校学生党建工作的基础和前提。 　　 　　一、传统模式及其弊端： 　　 　　传统的高校学生党支部往往以专业、年级为基础，设置为专业支部、年级支部等,由政治辅导员或兼职党务干部担任支部书记。这种“支部建在专业、年级上”的支部设置模式产生并适用于高等教育的
