复杂综放工作面高产高效管理的经验浅析 　　[摘 要]为了提高煤矿综放工作面的生产效率，保证矿井的安全生产，本文以为冀中能源峰峰集团辛安矿2147工作面为工程背景，从割煤、顶板支护、后部放煤、割放煤作业工艺改进、运输机的上串下滑、作业制改进和设备检修和提高开机率等七个方面阐述了实现高产高效的保证措施。通过以上措施，连续实现了综放工作面月产10万吨以上的好成绩，达到了百万吨工作面的水平，实现了矿井的高产高效的安全生产。同时证明，煤矿通过提高工作面的管理水平和优化施工工艺，也能够达到高产、稳产、高效，对类似的复杂综放工作面高产高效开采具有重要的借鉴意义。 　　[关键词]矿井；综放工作面；高产高效 　　中图分类号：F224-39 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1009-914X（2017）15-0253-02 　　[Abstract]In order to improve the production efficiency of coal mine fully mechanized top coal caving face and ensure the safe production of coal mine， this paper holds that the 2147 working face of Xinfeng Mine in Fengzhong Group is the engineering background， Cutting coal operation process improvement， transport on the string of slippery， operating system improvement and equipment maintenance and improve the operating rate of seven aspects of the realization of high yield and efficient assurance measures. Through the above measures， the continuous realization of the fully mechanized top coal caving face to produce 100，000 tons of good results， reached the level of millions of tons of work， to achieve the mine high production and efficient safety in production. At the same time， it is proved that the coal mine can achieve the high yield， stable and high efficiency by improving the management level of the working face and optimizing the construction technology，It is of great significance for similar high-yield and high-efficiency mining in complex fully mechanized top coal caving face. 　　[Key words]mine； fully mechanized top coal caving face； high yield and high efficiency 　　1 引言 　　??现采煤工作面的高产高效，是煤矿企业多年来一直探索的课题，综放工作面的高产高效取决于煤层赋存条件、开采技术两大因素，尤其是对于一些老矿而言，在地质条件、技术装备、开采工艺不变的情况下，如何依托现有装备，进一步深挖潜能从而达到高产、稳产、高效的目的，是我国大多数矿 　　井所遇到的难题。 　　国内学者对如何实现综采工作面的高产高效进行了大量有益的探讨。张越[1]研究了工作面的安全回采工艺以及工作面液压支架等采取的一系列防倒、防滑措施和安全管理方法。贾民[2]介绍了关于顶板管理、放煤工艺、设备防倒防滑、工作而运输机控制、安全管理等关键技术上进行的实践以及取得的经验。罗超等[3]提出了安全防护、采煤机割煤方式和电缆管理等多种安全技术管理创新要点。孙联军等[4]探索和研究了孤岛工作面的顶板压力的规律，总结了顶板管理的经验。高维智[5]分析了上端头顶板应力集中、顶煤破碎的原因及处理技术，总结了工作面设备的管理经验。刘振杰[6]总结了在大采高综放工作面开采过程中需要
