PAGE 4 - 摘 要 随着我国城市经济的快速发展，城市内部和城市之间物流量急剧增加，为了适应物流量增加对提高物流运作效率的要求，同时为了缓解物流中心小而散，管理混乱的现状，使物流向可持续方向发展，物流业界的一些专家提出了建设综合物流中心的建议。综合物流中心作为物流领域一种非常重的物流设施，它的建设是非常迫切而必要的，它的出现也是物流发展的必然产物，设逐渐在我国的一些大中城市被提到议事日程中来。本文正是针对这一现状进行了相应的研究。主要的研究成果包括以下几个方面。 1.综合物流中心的总体规划 对综合物流中心的选址、布局、配套设施进行了相应的研究。并对设施设计进行了规划。 2.综合物流中心的功能方面 针对综合物流中心的特点进行了功能设计，对各种功能及其相关问题进行了研究并绘制了功能结构图，尤其是对搬运设施及仓储方面的规划。 3.综合物流中心的项目评价 通过运用一些方法来评价物流中心，可以发现规划中的一些问题，从而帮助我们更好的物流服务。 4.综合物流中心的运作管理及设施设计 主要对物料搬运以及仓储的运作管理及设施设计进行了研究，在分析作业流程的基础上针对不同业务类别分别绘制了业务流程图和数据流程图。在库存管理部分应用了经济订货批量方法以及多品种定期订货方法。 最后，对综合物流中心的发展进行了展望。提出综合物流中心的发展方向为建设为多品种物资提供多种服务的现代化综合物流中心。本文所做的研究对我国正在规划建设中的综合物流中心具有一定的借鉴和指导作用，具有较强的理论和实际意义。 关键词：综合物流中心，规划，层次分析法，项目评价 Abstract With the rapid development of citys economy in our country, the volume of material flow in and between cities is increasing fast. To meet the higher efficiency requirement of logistics and to improve the situation of small logistics centers scattering in the city that made difficult management，some specialists advise to build synthetic logistics center in some big cities. It has been adopted in the bid cities and the problem has been made as daily duty in some cities. The concept of synthetic logistics center is new in our country. There are many aspects to be studied. This paper aims for giving better solutions on some problems. Outcome of this paper is listed as follows. 1. Design and plan synthetic logistics center on the aspects of location, layout and facility. Expound three location models and analyze at them； 2. Design synthetic logistics centers function； Analyze them and draw its function map. 3. We use some method to see the problem in order to make our planning better .we can made good sever if there are some mistake and we correct it. 4. In the aspect of operation management.
