广东省城市中小学生饮用奶制品状况及其的影响因素分析 　　【摘要】 目的 了解广东省城市儿童少年饮用奶制 品状况及其影响因素，为进一步采取干预措施提供科学依据。方法 采用 整群随机抽样，从广州、深圳、珠海的城区抽取7～18岁中小学生8 811名进行饮用奶现状调 查，并进行描述性统计分析。结果 59.4%的学生常饮奶制品，6.0%的学 生从不饮用奶制品；37.8%的学生认为奶制品对自己不重要，5.1%的学生不喜欢奶制品；4.3 %的学生家长不鼓励孩子饮用奶制品，3.0%的学生因家庭经济困难不能持续饮用奶制品。多 因素分析表明，家庭收入、父母鼓励、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度、父亲职业、学生饮奶 态度6个因素进入回归模型。结论 应加强中小学生及家长的营养教育， 改变营养消费观念，在家庭中普及奶制品消费，提高中小学生饮奶率。 　　【关键词】 乳制品；饮行为；因素分析，统计学；学生；城市 　　【中图分类号】 R 179 R 155.1 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1000-98 17(2007)09-0774-02 　　Analysis on Drinking Milk Products Among Urban Students in the Primary a nd Middle School Students in Guangdong Province/NIE Shao-ping, MA Wen- jun, XU Hao-feng,et al.Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Guangdong P rovince, Guangzhou(510300), China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the state of drinking milk pro ducts among students in the primary and middle school, and to provide evidence f or intervention measures. Methods 8 811 students aged 7-18 fromGuangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai were chosen by cluster randomized sampling. Datawere analyzed by descriptive statistical method. Results About59.4% of student s often drunk milk products, and 6.0% never drunk milk; 37.8% of students though t it was unimportant for them to drinkmilk products, and 5.0% of students didnt like milk products. About 4.3% of pa rentsdidnt encourage their children to drink milk, and 3.0% of students couldnt kee p on drinking milk products because of financial straits. Multi variances analys is showed that these factors were sent into the regression model, such as familyincome, parents encouragement, parents education level, fathers occupation a nd students attitude toward milk drinking.
