我国上市公司社会的责任信息披露的影响因素的研究 　　摘要： 随着我国社会经济的高速发展，上市公司作为国民经济运行的中坚力量，有义务向利益相关者披露社会责任履行情况。文章以2015年上市公司社会责任的信息披露现状为研究切入点，在此基础上以2015年沪深两市667家A股上市公司发布的社会责任报告为研究样本，对信息披露的影响因素进行实证分析，最后结合描述性分析、相关性分析和多元回归分析的结果，提出加强上市公司社会责任信息披露的措施，有效地提高公司社会责任信息披露的水平。 　　Abstract： With the rapid development of social economy in China， the listed companies have become the backbone of the national economy and have an obligation to disclosure their social responsibility fulfillment situation to stakeholder.
