常州市生态红线区域保护实践的研究 　　【摘 要】常州市已于2013年划定生态红线区域，并完成了一系列基础工作和重点工程。本文结合常州市生态红线区域保护工作推进情况，分析现行法律法规、补偿机制、资金投入等方面存在的问题，提出加强生态红线区域保护的建议。 　　【关键词】生态红线区域；保护 　　【Abstract】The ecological red line area of Changzhou was delimited in 2013 and a series of basic work and key projects have been completed.
