常温集输中水质的影响因素及处理 　　摘要：开展了油田某联低温、常温集输试验，分析了影响水质（一段、二段、老化油处理）因素，并提出了破乳剂使用、沉降时间、合理控制温度及设备优选方法。试验表明，一段加药量30kg/d左右，脱水温度控制在43℃-45℃之间，单独处理老化油工艺在运行过程中，我们逐步摸索加药浓度、加热炉温度和沉降时间，使老化油达到最佳的处理效果，对改善联合站污水水质质量具有重要的价值。 　　关键词：污水水质；低温常温集输；老化油 　　Abstract: the oil in a league low temperature, normal temperature gathering and transportation test, analyzes the impact of water quality (a, two section, aging oil processing) factors, and put forward the demulsifier, settling time, reasonable use control temperature and equipment optimization method.
