小昆山社区结直肠癌筛查的的结果分析 　　摘 要 目的：进行小昆山镇高危年龄段结直肠癌筛查，了解顺应率、发病率。方法：以全国大肠癌早诊早治项目规定的大肠癌筛查技术方案为依据，对45～74岁户籍居民进行结直肠癌筛查。以危险因素数量化评估问卷调查及大便隐血试验作为初筛，阳性者复筛行结肠镜检查。结果：应筛查12 694人，实际参加筛查9 167人，初筛顺应率为72.2%，阳性人数2 234人；复筛人数571人，复筛顺应率为25.6%。发现结直肠癌10例，结直肠息肉及腺瘤190例，肠炎25例，其它2例。结论：结直肠癌筛查方案能够有效的从无症状人群中发现早期结直肠癌和癌前病变；小昆山地区结直肠癌筛查顺应性高于其它城市社区。 　　关键词 结直肠癌 筛查 顺应性 社区 　　中图分类号：R735.3+4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2014）04-0048-03 　　Analysis of the screening results of colorectal cancer in Xiaokunshan Community 　　CHU Tianyun， ZHU Yulong 　　（Xiaokunshan Community Health Service Center of Songjiang District， Shanghai 201616， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： Through screening colorectal cancer in high-risk age group in Xiaokunshan Community to learn the rates of compliance and morbidity. Methods： The permanent residents at the ages of 45 to 74 were screened for colorectal cancers according to the screening technical solutions of the project specified of the national early detection and treatment of colorectal cancer. The quantitative assessment questionnaire of risk factors and fecal occult blood tests were as the initial screens and for the positive residents they were rescreened by colonoscopy. Results： Twelve thousand six hundred and ninty-four people should attend screening and 9 167 participated in screening that the compliance rate of the initial screening was 72.2% and the positive number was 2 234. The number of rescreening people was 571 and compliance rate was 25.6%. It found ten cases of colorectal cancers， 190 cases of colorectal polyps and adenoma， twenty-five cases of enteritis， and 2 others. Conclusion： Colorectal cancer screening scheme can effectively find early colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions in the asymptomatic crowd. The compliance rate of colorectal cancer screening is higher in Xiaokunshan Community than that in other urban communities. 　　KEY WORDS colorectal cancer； screening； compliance； community 　　结直肠癌的癌前病变比较清楚，早期治疗效果较好，因此适合进行大规模的人群筛查[1]。我中心于2012年5月承担辖区结直肠癌筛查工作，现将筛查结果报告如下。
