小榄地区育龄期妇女多囊卵巢综合征临床数据的研究 　　【摘要】 目的：调查小榄地区育龄期妇女多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）发病率及不同治疗方法效果比较。方法：选择2014年1-6月来本院就诊及妇科普查时诊断为PCOS综合征的患者128例，计算小榄地区育龄期妇女PCOS发病率及治疗总有效率。将患者按随机分为A、B、C三组，比较各组试验生活方式改变、口服避孕药、二甲双胍治疗方法的实际治疗效果。结果：小榄地区PCOS总发病率0.67%。A组总有效率为80.95%，B组为90.70%，C组为93.02%，三组的总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：小榄地区是PCOS高发地区，二甲双胍片与口服避孕药对PCOS的治疗同样有效。 　　【关键词】 多囊卵巢综合征； 二甲双胍片； 小榄地区； 发病率 　　Clinical Statistics Study of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome of Child-bearing-age Woman in Xiaolan Region/KONG Zi-jing， YIN Hong， LIN Xiao-lan.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（15）：142-144 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the PCOS morbidity of child-bearing-age woman and to compare different treatment methods.Methods：128 patients who came to our hospital for gynecology censorship from January 2014 to June 2014 and were diagnosed with PCOS were chosen.The PCOS morbidity statistics of the child-bearing-age women and the average efficiency of treatment were calculated.The patients were grouped into group A，B and C randomly.The practical treatment results of lifestyle change， oral contraceptive and Metformin therapies were tested.Result：The total PCOS morbidity in Xiaolan region was 0.67%， among which， group A was 80.95%， group B was 90.70%， group C was 93.02%.The total effective rate of three groups comparative difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
