建构新农村多元化体育服务的模式的研究 　　摘 要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，就我国全民健身体系理论的几个重要问题进行分析研究。对“多元化体育服务体系”的提法进行了探讨，认为“多元化”修饰“体系”不甚科学、规范，提出“多元化体育服务模式”的概念；对“全民健身体系”与“多元化体育服务体系”两个体系合而为一称为“多元化全民健身服务体系”的观点提出商榷；对“比较完善的全民健身体系框架”，“全民健身体系”与“体育服务体系”及“多元化体育服务模式”三者间的关系，以及新农村多元化体育服务模式的涵义进行了较为深入的研究。? 　　关键词：多元化；体系；模式；关系；涵义? 　　中图分类号：G812.42文献标识码：A文章编号：1007-3612(2011)01-0005-06? 　　Study on Building a Diversified Service Mode of Physical Fitness in China’s New Countryside 　　? 　　YU Jun，CAI Guo?jun，WANG Xiao?juan? 　　(Physical Education Department of Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou 310014, Zhejiang China)? 　　 　　Abstract:By the method of literature review and logical analysis, the paper researches some important issues in the theory of national fitness system and the concept of diversified service model. It is reckoned that using diversified as a modifier of system is not proper. Then, the concept of modified service model is proposed. And the paper also argues the idea of integrating the national fitness system and diversified sport service system into the concept of diversified national fitness system. Then, it clarifies the relations among the concept of complete national fitness system framework, national fitness system and sport service system and diversified sport service model. And finally, it makes an in-depth research on the identification of new countryside diversified sport service model.? 　　 　　Key words: diversified; system; model; relation; identification? 　　? 　　 　　2008年北京奥运会的成功举办，无疑会对我国群众性的体育活动产生巨大的影响。北京奥运会后，如何借后奥运东风，进一步推动我国全民健身活动，特别是农民体育健身活动，就成为一项重要的议题。国家体育总局 国家发展和改革委员会 财政部关于下发的《“十一五”农民体育健身工程建设规划》指出：“构建具有中国特色的全民健身体系，重点在农村，难点也在农村。农民是我国最大的社会群体，没有八亿农民的体育健身，就没有真正意义上的全民健身，全民健身体系覆盖不到广大农村，《全民健身计划纲要》提出的目标任务就难以实现。因此农村体育作为促进社会主义新农村建设的有效手段和重要载体，值得高度重视，需要着力加强。”［1］? 　　在开展全民健身活动中，自中央一系列重要文件提出为广大人民群众提供多元化体育服务后，相继有不少学者对多元化体育服务的理论展开了研究。然而，究竟怎样才能在实践中为广大人民群众提供有效的体育服务，特别是为广大农民群众提供有效的多元化体育服务的研究成果甚少。而且，在理论上出现频率较高的“多元化体育服务体系”、“多元化全民健身服务体系”的提法是否科学、规范？“全民健身体系”与“多元化体育服务体系”两个体系能否合而为一称为“多元化全民健身服务体系”？以及
