我国档案部门引入网络志愿服务的策略分析 　　摘要：网络志愿服务在公共领域中发挥的作用日趋明显。本文基于当前的研究成果，分析档案部门网络志愿服务的内涵和可行性，探讨档案部门网络志愿服务实现路径，包括网络宣传、网络资源捕获、档案著录、档案编研和档案参考咨询服务五个方面，提出档案部门要建立健全参与平台，创造良好的网络志愿服务空间；建立长效激励机制，培养稳定的网络志愿者队伍；强化全程监管机制，规范网络志愿活动良性开展等策略，来保障档案部门网络志愿服务的实现。 　　关键词：档案部门网络志愿者志愿服务 　　Abstract： The role of network volunteer service in the public domain is becoming more and more evi？ dent.
