我国欠发达城市物业管理存在问题及对策的研究 　　 摘要:物业管理作为一个新兴行业取得了快速的发展,但是在发展过程中也遇到诸多的困难和压力,暴露出很多问题和矛盾。这些问题和矛盾在欠发达城市表现的尤为突出,如何在房地产快速发展的欠发达城市尽快提高物业管理水平,是物业管理行业急待解决的问题。本文以广东省河源市为例,对欠发达城市物业管理存在问题进行归类整理并提出解决对策。 　　 Abstract: As a new field,though there had been rapid development in the property management these years,there arises quite a number of difficulties and pressure,and a lot of problems and contradictions come out at the same time.
